Rose Gold Gorgeous: Zoeva Makeup Brushes

Helloooo Beautiful.

Ah – I need to stop, I need to be sectioned! I think I have the biggest rose gold obsession ever...

Anyway, can you blame me? These brushes are not only beautiful, they are really great quality in my opinion. I'd only heard bits and bobs about how good Zoeva brushes are but they are a real pain to get hold of so I didn't bother until this little beauty hit the shelves. You can order online from the Zoeva website for 58 euros, I think it worked out at about £48 but then I had to pay an extra £7.50 for shipping since they're Germany based – yowch! Nonetheless, value-wise these synthetic and natural brushes are fantastic and they even come with this super cute brush clutch which I think will be fab for travelling – I can never fit all my brushes in my makeup bag so that was a nice bonus.

I think these are very similar to MAC brushes in many ways and I do think the quality matches that too which is great news as they are so much cheaper! Particular highlights so far include the 102 Silk Finish Face Brush which I haven't put down since I got it and I actually prefer (oh my god) to the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush, it's flawless perfection. The 106 Powder brush is also so lovely and fluffy and perfect for my Bourjois Java Rice Powder for a light, glowy dusting. Props also go to the 227 Luxe Soft Definer (perfect MAC 217 dupe) and 231 Petit Crease (as the name states, perfect for outer corner and crease work) which together make a great blending duo – I'm in love!

If they don't restock this collection (firstly, they must be fools!) then I would still whole heartedly recommend trying some of their single brushes (all the ones in the collections can be bought individually) or maybe even one of the other sets – you absolutely won't regret it. Even if like me you thought you already had all the brushes you needed...

Let me know below your fave Zoeva brushes and any more I should think of purchasing!

  2. I think I'm the only beauty girl that isn't majorly obsessed with rose gold but I still want this set. It just looks like amazing value.
